Studio Audition Application

Auditions for Spring and Fall 2024 now accepting applications. Submit Studio Audition Application at least 2 weeks prior to performing your in-person audition or submitting your online audition.

 

Deadlines for Studio Auditions

Admission to studio is very competitive. It is in your best interest to submit your application and complete your audition well in advance of the final deadline.

*Scholarship consideration dates - you need to perform or submit your audition by this date to be considered for Music scholarships and awards

If you do not receive a confirmation email within two business days from submitting your application, please contact music@uleth.ca.

Your audition results will be sent to you 2 weeks after your audition or online submission review date.

*Successful Studio Audition required for admission to BMus programs & combined degrees.
*Applicants who have not previously completed studio courses in College/University programs should audition for Music 2148 – entry level.
*For Online applicants, these are the deadlines for submission of videos and any other documents/information in Slideroom.

Transcript

We ask that all auditioning students provide transcripts to determine eligibility for music scholarships, whether you are currently a University of Lethbridge student, transferring from another institution, or coming directly from high school (copies of transcripts and unofficial transcripts are acceptable).
For in-person auditions, please bring a copy of your transcripts to your audition.
For online auditions, please attach a copy of your transcripts, along with your audition videos.

 

*Applicants may request a specific instructor in Voice or Piano only. Requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.
