What is Vibe Fest?

For one day only, the doors to the University Centre for the Arts are open to the community to showcase the talent and artistry of Fine Arts students, alumni, staff and faculty — highlighting the Centre for the Arts as a hub of creative talent in Lethbridge and southern Alberta. It's a free, playful, immersive celebration of contemporary art, performance and creative technologies. In addition to celebrating student achievement, Vibe Fest attendees can also explore the outstanding learning and creative facilities that are often hidden from public view: studios, exhibition spaces, digital cinema suites, workshops, recording studios and more.

Applications are now open to participate in Vibe Fest 2026

Calling all ULethbridge students, faculty, staff and alumni! Vibe Fest invites you to be part of the magic through three exciting streams:

Do you have a bold idea for a performance, installation, film or experiential art piece? We're looking for innovative projects that push boundaries and captivate audiences. Whether it's a monologue, multi-sensory installation or something completely unexpected, we can't wait to see your vision!

Application deadline: January 18, 2026
