Implementation
The Enhancement of the University Campus Master Plan Project was initiated as a three-stage Qualification Based Selection Process (QBS).
On June 1, 2011, the architect and planning team of Moriyama + Teshima Architects & Planners of Toronto in association with Gibbs Gage Architects and Educational Consulting Services Corp, were appointed as planning consultant and supporting team for the conceptual design and enhancement of the University Campus Master Plan project.
