Program Information
The Globalink Research Internship (GRI) is a 12-week initiative that pairs faculty with undergraduate students from eligible international academic institutions for a full-time internship, allowing professors to help further the intern's research, and interns to supplement their learning through participating in career-building training courses and conferences.
If you are a Mitacs Globalink Research Intern or a faculty of an incoming Mitacs Global Research Intern, the information below will help you prepare for your arrival, understand campus services available to you, and settle into your research placement with confidence.
At the University of Lethbridge, you will:
Work full-time on a research project under faculty supervision
Participate in campus and community activities
Engage with other international and domestic students
