Ajou International Summer Program

About the Program

Experience all aspects of Korean culture including several field trips (Lotte World Tower in Seoul, Hwaseong Fortress at night, K-pop Dance, Bukchon Hanok Village), Korean cooking class, calligraphy classes, dance classes, movie nights, free time to explore the city, and Korean language classes. For the academic portion of the program, choose what you would like to learn from four tracks: Data Analytics and Business Decision Making, Economic Development and policies, Sustainability, or Korean Language. On your free time, you can enjoy the vibrant college neighbourhood or beautiful hikes surrounding the campus, or take a 34-minute train ride from campus to Gangnam (the centre of Seoul).

Cost

Included in Program Fee

The fee of KRW 2,300,000 (approx. CAD 2,200) for 2026 includes lectures, accommodations for the entire program, and activities/trips.

Not Included in Program Fee

The program fee does not include U of L tuition for the course, travel between Canada and South Korea, and other living/personal expenses such as food.

Application Process

1. Attend an upcoming info session.
2. Apply to the summer exchange program on MyExperience under Campus Programs.
3. We will review applications after the February 1 deadline and contact you with steps to apply to the partner if you are accepted.
