About the Program

The Global Supply Program provides third and fourth year business students the chance to learn about international supply chain management with a special focus on Latin America through three weeks of lectures, projects, and company visits. Build on your knowledge of supply chain management within a new cultural context! The course is in partnership with the Universidad de Montevideo Engineering School, allowing you to learn from both business and engineering students, professors, and industry experts who take part in the program. During your free time, you can experience all that Montevideo has to offer - delicious food, beautiful beaches, warm sun, soccer games, and welcoming locals. You can also take part in two organized field trips to Punta del Este and Colonia del Sacramento.

Evaluation includes an individual essay about one of the company visits, a multiple choice exam based on the material seen during the lectures, and a report about a case study done in groups. Course credit is transferred to the U of L on a pass/fail basis.
