Hello! My name is Taseera, and I am the Manager, International Student Recruitment. I was raised in Pretoria, South Africa, and was born in Kampala, Uganda. It is a privilege to collaborate with a dedicated team of recruitment officers, and I bring over a decade of expertise in the realm of international education.
My professional journey began at the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Subsequent to my relocation to Canada, I have worked at various institutions, including Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, Great Plains College in Swift Current, SK, and most recently, the University of British Columbia - Okanagan.
My academic qualifications encompass a Master of Arts in Intercultural and International Communications from Royal Roads University, a Master of Arts in Multidisciplinary Human Rights Law from the University of Pretoria, and a Bachelor of Arts Hons in Augmentative & Alternative Communications, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communications, both from the University of Pretoria.

Hello! My name is Jason Ng, and I am a dedicated international recruiter with 20 years of experience in the higher education sector. With a strong desire for promoting global educational opportunities, it has been a pleasure for me to attract international students to Canada to pursue their post-secondary goals.
My current recruitment portfolio includes Latin America and the Caribbean. In these areas, you will find me building relationships with educational institutions, agents, and promoting the university at various events.
