On-Campus Accommodation – Campus Summer Stays

Located at 15 Aperture Park West, Lethbridge, the University of Lethbridge offers full hotel service accommodations between the months of May and August. As the only hotel located in West Lethbridge, we offer convenient access to the University and downtown core. We are located in one of the newest buildings on campus: Mount Blakiston House, completed in the Fall of 2013.

Executive (one-bedroom) Suite

Two-Bedroom Suite

$890/week | $2300/month

Two‑Bedroom Suites elevate group summer stays with private bedrooms and a shared living and dining area, offering the ideal balance of togetherness, comfort, and personal space.

Four-Bedroom Suite

$1225/week | $3700/month

Four‑Bedroom Suites elevate summer stays for larger groups with four private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and shared living and dining areas that balance comfort, togetherness, and personal space.

Each bedroom includes:

  • 2 sheets, 1 pillowcase, 1 waffle blanket
  • 1 bath towels, 2 hand towels, 1 face towels
  • Full kitchen (fridge, stove, microwave) – no kitchen supplies provided
  • Non-air conditioned rooms
  • Free Wi-Fi (no cable TV)

Parking

  • $50/week + tax
  • $80/month + tax

Housekeeping & Laundry

  • Housekeeping and linen exchange after 1 week
  • Laundry: $2 per wash/dry cycle
  • Bridge Bucks card required (available at Front Desk)

Pet & Smoking Policy

  • No pets allowed
  • No smoking allowed, designated areas outside the building

Check-in Monday to Friday 1 pm to 4 pm ONLY except statutory holidays.
Cancellation Policy: We require notice in writing a minimum of 48 business hours for a refund.

Off-Campus Accommodation

Rent

Around $800 to $850 per month

  • Includes utilities and internet
Payment
  • Security/deposit equal to one month of rent is required to reserve the room
  • *Rent in Canada is due on the first day of the month to the end of the month. Exceptions may be allowed if arrival date is mid-month or close to the end of the month. In these cases, the landlord has the discretion to allow a different start date.

Units are available starting May 1, 2026

Must move-out by August 28, 2026

Facilities:

  • Each student will have their own private bedroom
  • Bathroom, kitchen, living room and laundry room are shared among the roommates
  • All units are fully furnished with bedding, kitchenware, and furniture
  • Washer/dryer included in all homes

Yes, the Education Abroad Coordinator – Incoming has a number of reserved off-campus accommodation located close to the university that has been inspected and reserved for short-term students. You will be placed with other exchange students and/or other University of Lethbridge students.
