Site Development Strategy

Site Development Strategy

The plan included for the first time a research park development in the north-west part of the property (previously identified for adjacent athletic expansion). Academic facilities were proposed to be expanded high on plateau areas deviating from plans to expand south of the east-west spine across the south coulee (1969 and 1993 plans).
