This orientation is a mandatory session.
At the beginning of each term, we host a New Resident Orientation.
We ask all students living on campus at the U of L for the first time to attend. During this orientation, you will be given important information such as our Campus Safety number, Residence Assistant on Duty (RAD) numbers for your facility, and what that means. You will also be introduced to the Residence Life professional team that oversees all the Residence Assistants (RA) in your facility.
This is a quick orientation to build a safe and welcoming community in the space you will call home for the next 8 months. Above are the times for the two sessions. Please attend the time that corresponds to the place you are living in.
Your Residence Assistant (RA) will coordinate a meeting time with you and your fellow residents to guide you to the New Resident Orientation (NRO).
