Most uLethbridge students end up living on the west side of Lethbridge, where the University is located. You will find several grocery stores, as well as drugstores, convenience stores, pubs, and restaurants.
Lethbridge – South
On Lethbridge’s south side, you’ll find the city’s largest concentration of shops and restaurants. Whether you're looking for a mobile phone provider, clothing, home décor, or new or used furniture, this is where you’ll be heading. Both downtown and the other main shopping areas are well connected to the west side by bus.
Lethbridge – North
On the north side, you’ll find many of the same chain stores as the south side. However, you’ll also find specialty stores and restaurants that are unique to this side of town.

Southwest

In Canada, many people buy the majority of their groceries at a supermarket. Supermarkets carry groceries, household items, and over-the-counter medications. In Lethbridge you'll find many supermarkets including Superstore, No Frills, Safeway, Save-On-Foods, Walmart and Sobeys. Some supermarkets will have lower prices than others, so you will want to balance cost with convenience and location.
