2/3International Student: Any student who is not a resident of Canada. Classification as an international student affects fee assessment only.
Domestic Student: Any student who is a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident, protected person in accordance with the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, or is a holder of a diplomatic visa issued by the Government of Canada. Classification as a domestic student affects fee assessment only.

4A Tuition Deposit of $500.00 is due when accepting the EAP Program Offer of Admission.
5Fine Arts Access Fee is only assessed during the Fall and Winter terms. This gives undergraduate and graduate students free admission to all ticketed Fine Arts events on a first come-first serve basis.
4Textbooks and supplies are purchased separately. This is an estimated amount.

Refund Policies
The EAP Application Fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
The EAP tuition deposit is only transferable under the following circumstances: if you satisfy the English Language Proficiency requirement before the start date of the uLethbridge EAP Program in which you are enrolled, your tuition deposit may be applied to your Undergraduate tuition charges.
If you have met the English Language Proficiency Requirement:
You must provide evidence to Admissions that you have met the English Language Proficiency Requirement for the University of Lethbridge. Notify the English Language Institute by emailing eli@uleth.ca prior to the first date of the EAP program to let us know that you will not be attending the EAP program.
Program Withdrawal Refund Policy:
All other EAP tuition and fees (not including the EAP application fee or tuition deposit) may be refunded up until the last day for cancellation of course registration (extended drop) for the term in which you are registered. After this date, EAP students are assessful full fees. Please refer to the Academic Schedule for this date.
