American Mathematical Society
The American Mathematical Society promotes mathematical research, increases the awareness of the value of mathematics to society, and fosters excellence in mathematics education. The AMS is a good source of information for undergraduate students. In particular you can explore mathematics careers and learn about competitions & prizes on their web site. Be sure to take a look at their mathematical moments.

Math SciNet

Association for Computing Machinery
ACM is an international scientific and educational organization dedicated to advancing the arts, sciences, and applications of information technology. At the ACM site you can keep up to date on the latest tech news. The ACM programming contest is held annually.

Canadian Mathematical Society
The goal of the Canadian Mathematical Society is to promote and advance the discovery, learning and application of mathematics. Camel has resources of particular interest to Canadian students and women studying mathematics.

Clay Mathematics Institute
The CMI seeks to to increase and disseminate mathematical knowledge. In order to celebrate mathematics in the new millennium, the CMI has named seven "Millennium Prize Problems".

IEEE Computer Society
The Society is dedicated to advancing the theory, practice and application of computer and information processing technology. You can head to their site for the latest student news and information about IEEE scholarships & awards.

PIMs - Pacific Institute for the Mathematical Sciences
The Institute promotes innovation and excellence in research in all areas encompassed by the mathematical sciences; initiates collaborations among mathematical scientists in the academic community, and in industrial, business and government sectors; trains highly qualified personnel for academic and industrial employment as well as creates new opportunities for developing scientists ; develops new technologies to support research, communication and training in the mathematical sciences.

The William Lowell Putnam Mathematical Competition is the preeminent mathematics competition for undergraduate students in the United States and Canada. The Putnam Competition takes place annually on the first Saturday of December. The competition consists of two 3-hour sessions, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. During each session, participants work individually on 6 challenging mathematical problems.
