With roots extended over 37 years, Career Fair is a long-standing tradition at the University of Lethbridge, providing employers and professional programs with the opportunity to recruit Alberta's best and brightest candidates.

Career Fair Facts:

  • Anticipates over 2,500 participants at each fair.
  • The largest hiring event in Southern Alberta, open to the general public.
  • Welcomes over 200 recruiters from around the globe.
  • Offers a diverse range of employment opportunities across every sector, for all educational backgrounds.
  • The average booth sees 119 interactions, with premium booths exceeding 300 interactions at a single event.
  • Invites Regulators and Academic programs to provide information to attendees.
  • Creates over 250 volunteer positions each year, offering valuable experience.
  • Open to all employers for registration.
