uLethbridge students are bound by the academic regulations and policies within the current University of Lethbridge Calendars. A complete listing of uLethbridge’s policies governing students and other members of the University can be found on the Institutional Policies and Procedures website.

If necessary, a list of corrections and updates will be posted in the Calendar Updates section for each Academic Calendar below. The Online Calendars will be updated accordingly, wheras the PDF edition of the Calendars will stand as they were originally published.

Bachelor of Management - Agricultural Enterprise Management Major

  • Effective May 1, 2021 the major in Agricultural Enterprise Management in the Bachelor of Management program has been suspended.

Combined Post-Bachelor Certificates in Accounting

  • Effective May 1, 2021 the Dhillon School of Business now offers a 16-course Combined Post-Bachelor Certificates in Accounting program.
  • The Combined Post-Bachelor Certificate in Accounting combines the requirements for the Post-Bachelor Certificate in Accounting Fundamentals and the Post-Bachelor Certificate in Advanced Accounting programs and is designed to provide a suitable combination of breadth and depth of knowledge in accounting from the fundamentals to advanced levels.

Certificate in Arts and Science

  • Effective May 1, 2021 the Faculty of Arts and Science now offers a 10-course Certificate in Arts and Science program.
  • The Certificate in Arts and Science, with a declared stream, is available to students wishing to complete a university credential more rapidly than the standard degree program. Students may complete the ten-course certificate program on a part-time or full-time basis and may then apply for a degree program if desired, with the courses from the certificate meeting requirements in the degree.

The University’s Academic Schedule defines the academic year terms and sessions as well as other important dates and deadlines for the institution. This includes holiday dates, deadlines for fees payments, adding and dropping courses, application for graduation, and other important related information.

The dates and deadlines for the Academic Schedule are established following these Academic Schedule Guidelines, a document approved by GFC and maintained by the Registrar’s Office.

Current Academic Schedule (2021/2022)

The University of Lethbridge is required to publish fees for three years to enable students to plan more effectively for their postsecondary education.

Graduate Calendar (2021/2022)

The University of Lethbridge is a comprehensive academic and research institute, which offers Graduate Certificates, Graduate Diplomas, Master's and Doctoral programs spanning over 75 disciplines to meet the demands of researchers and working professionals.

Graduate Certificate in Bioinformatics

  • Effective May 1, 2021 the Faculty of Arts and Science now offers a 4-course Graduate Certificate in Bioinformatics program.
  • Through this professional graduate certificate, students can enhance their career in medical science and research, drug development, smart agriculture, genetics, molecular and cellular biology, scientific programming, medical informatics, or software development.
