UNDERGRADUATE THESIS

Earn an 'Honours Thesis' designation!
If your GPA is high enough in your fourth year, you can opt to complete an Undergraduate Thesis course and earn an “Honours Thesis” designation on your degree

What is an 'Honours Thesis' Designation?

Qualified students may elect to complete an Undergraduate Thesis course (6.0 credit hours) linked to their declared major. Students who complete all requirements and satisfy the academic standards required for the Undergraduate Thesis course for their declared major are eligible to receive the ‘Honours Thesis’ designation on their official academic transcript and degree parchment.

Is an Honours Thesis Available in my Program?

The 'Honours Thesis' designation is available to students in several programs offered by the Faculty of Arts and Science, Faculty of Fine Arts, and Dhillon School of Business (see below for further details).
