University of Lethbridge Travel Fund (ULTF)
For any given year, there are four (4) travel periods and four (4) corresponding applications deadline

The University of Lethbridge Travel Fund (ULTF) has been established by the University of Lethbridge Board of Governors to reimburse expenses incurred by successful applicants for travel to meetings of learned societies, professional associations or similar groups.
Eligibility: Academic Assistants, Faculty Members, Instructors, and Professional Librarians
Award Value (2025-2026): $1,500 (starting July 1, 2025)
Updates: There have been two changes to this award: 1) The value of ULTF awards was increased to $1,500; 2) Applicants can now only apply for a ULTF once per travel year (July 1 through June 30). These change go into effect on July 1, 2025.
It is expected that those travelling will follow all provincial and national travel regulations and take all necessary precautions to stay safe including adhering to all applicable University travel policies and health regulations and registering all international travel here.
