Cancer Research Society and Ovarian Cancer Canada
The Cancer Research Society and Ovarian Cancer Canada are proud to jointly launch a competition to fund some of Canada’s most promising research projects focused on ovarian cancer. The competition will award up to 6 grants, each totalling $225,000 over a two-year period.
Eligibility
- Project Eligibility: This competition will fund translational/preclinical research projects which will contribute to potential novel treatments for ovarian cancer. Treatments which may benefit women diagnosed with less common types of ovarian cancer (e.g. endometrioid, clear cell, low-grade serous, non-epithelial) are encouraged.
- Budget and terms: This grant is limited to a maximum of $225,000 over 2 years.
Study principal investigator and co-applicants must hold a research position at a Canadian institution and be able to hold research funds at their institution. In this Competition, postdoctoral trainees are not eligible as Principal Investigators.
