International Student Advising

The International Student Advisors (ISAs) at both campuses are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) or Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs) who can help support you throughout your journey as a uLethbridge international student.

ISAs provide confidential support, guidance and advocacy for international students as well as provide assistance with student immigration applications. We also provide support related to academic and cultural transition, settlement, financial issues, as well as provide referrals to other services and resources both on and off-campus.

Need to speak to an International Student Advisor?

Book an AppointmentVirtual and in-person appointments are available.

Book an appointment to speak to an International Student Advisor for support with a variety of services. We can help you with your study permit, co-op work permit and post-graduation work permit applications, as well as provide assistance with non-immigration topics.

Note: If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you reschedule or cancel your booking using the link provided in your booking confirmation or by emailing us. We have limited time slots and would like to offer appointments to other students who may be available at that time.

If you have not yet applied for admission to the University of Lethbridge and have questions about admission requirements or the application process, book a virtual appointment with an International Recruitment Officer. International Student Advisors cannot provide enrolment support.

The University is located on traditional Blackfoot Confederacy territory. We honour the Blackfoot people and their traditional ways of knowing in caring for this land, as well as all Aboriginal peoples who have helped shape and continue to strengthen our University community.
