International Student Advising
The International Student Advisors (ISAs) at the University of Lethbridge are Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCICs) or Regulated International Student Immigration Advisors (RISIAs). Whether you attend the Lethbridge campus or the Calgary campus, the ISAs are here to support you throughout your entire academic journey.
ISAs provide free, confidential support, guidance and advocacy for international students as well as provide assistance with student immigration applications including, initial study permits, study permit extensions, post-graduation work permits, visa renewals, and more!
They can also provide support related to academic and cultural transition, settlement, financial issues, as well as provide referrals to other services and resources both on and off campus. Book an appointment with an ISA today!

In the meantime, please email international.advice@uleth.ca to request an appointment with an International Student Advisor. In your email, please indicate:
- Your full name and Student ID Number
- What you need assistance with
- Whether you would like to meet virtually or in person
- Which campus you attend
- A few dates and times when you are available
Our office will schedule your appointment and send you a confirmation email with the appointment details.

Immigration Q&A with an ISA
Tuesdays & Thursdays | 10 - 11 a.m.
Join us online during one of our weekly Q&A sessions via Zoom and have your immigration questions answered by an ISA
Drop-in Advising (Calgary campus only)
Monday - Friday | 10am - 5:30 p.m. (Closed 1:00 - 2:00pm) | S6032 Calgary Campus
Drop in during these hours to speak to an ISA in-person, without needing to book an appointment. Drop-ins will be seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
