Food has always been an important aspect of culture and identity. From the love that’s put into cooking to the tastes that linger in our memories, food brings us all together as one global family.

How to Submit a Recipe

  • Complete this form to submit your recipe. You will need to complete a separate form for each recipe you would like to share.
  • Provide a title and brief story behind the recipe in 80 words or less.
  • Include a written recipe with ingredients and steps
  • Submit an original photo of your dish - Photos must be high-resolution digital images that are at least 1.5 MB.

What happens after you submit your recipe

  • All submissions will be featured on the University of Lethbridge International website and social media pages.
  • All submissions will be entered into a draw for a small prize at the end of each month.

Terms and Conditions

  1. By submitting your recipe(s) and photo(s) you are confirming that general consent of individuals in the photo was obtained when their photo was taken by you.
  2. The International Centre reserves the right not to consider any entry it deems to be inappropriate.
  3. The International Centre reserves the right to use all or part of all submitted recipes and photos in promotional materials, websites, and social media.
  4. The International Centre reserves the right to make modifications to titles and recipes instructions for clarity and grammar.
  5. By submitting recipe(s) and photo(s), entrants consent that they have read and understood the terms and conditions, and release the International Centre from all liability in connection with the production of photo(s) and recipe(s).
