What is HYRS?
Heritage Youth Researcher Summer (HYRS) program is an intensive six-week summer science program for grade 11 high school students in Alberta. Students participate in health-related scientific research labs and research centres at one of three campuses: the University of Alberta in Edmonton, the University of Calgary, and the University of Lethbridge.
