Band Retreats Grade(s) of Band or Choir School Name and District Band Director Name Band Director Email What are your top 3 preferred dates for this retreat? NOTE: During the University Academic Year (Sept - May), Thursdays to Sundays are the most ideal days for retreats. What is your instrumentation, with specific numbers in each section, AND what is the total of your band? Please refer back to our retreat webpage to review the scheduling options. Which Option works best for you? Or, is there a different schedule that you’d prefer we try to accommodate? For example, do you want 1 hour clinics and full rehearsal, or 2 hours? Review the options here: Workshops | University of Lethbridge Can you arrive on campus by 8:45am, to start at 9am? Is there anything we should know about a required departure time (for busing, etc)? Aside from sectionals and full band rehearsals, are there other aspects you want to ensure are added in (swimming in the U of L pool, drumming workshop, tour of campus, etc)? We can cater your lunch for $14.55 per person (this comes with 2 pieces of pizza each, a bag of chips, a cookie and a water station). Would you like this option added in? And if so, do your students have any allergies or dietary preferences? Is there anything else you’d like to mention?
