Workshop Request Form for 2025/26 School Year

Request a TLC workshop at your school or as a Field Trip to visit DE at the U of L.

Before you start, check the workshop availability calendar for available dates. The listed dates/times apply to workshops booked both as a field trip and if we travel to you from Oct-April due to staffing.

2024/25 WORKSHOP AVAILABILITY  TLC & Field Trip Topics 

You may have experienced issues submitting a workshop request in the past few weeks. Please use the following Google Form to submit a request until we can resolve the issues. 

 

Our workshop schedule is now full for spring bookings. We appreciate your interest and support for our program and hope we can accommodate your classes in the fall or next spring. If you have previously requested a workshop but not hear back - we are in the process of scheduling requests that have come in the week of March 10 and will be in contact soon.
