If you do not attend your ceremony, your parchment will be available for pick up at the Registrar's Office for one week following your ceremony. If not picked up, your parchment will be sent to your permanent mailing address as indicated in your student record.
Replacement or additional parchments may be ordered for a $100 (plus GST) re-issue fee.
If a replacement parchment is ordered, the original parchment must be returned before a new parchment is issued. If the original parchment cannot be returned, the replacement parchment will be stamped in a lower corner indicating that it is a duplicate and the date of re-issue. All additional parchments ordered will also have a duplicate notation.

University of Lethbridge graduates (as of Fall 2020 Convocation) will have their official parchments available in a digital wallet in the MyCreds.ca portal. See here for more details.
Official transcripts may be requested online through the Bridge under the Student Records tab - select " Request Printed Transcript".
Official transcripts may also be ordered in person, by mail, e-mail or fax through the Registrar’s Office.
An unofficial transcript may be accessed online through the Bridge under the Student Records tab - select "Academic Transcript".
