Poster and Display/Booth Information
Posters and displays/booths can be set up before the public lecture between 6 - 6:45 p.m., on March 31 in the Science Commons Atrium (SA 7008) outside the BMO Auditorium. Alternatively, posters and displays/booths can be set up on Saturday morning (8:30 – 8:50 a.m.) before the conference starts. These posters and displays/booths will remain on display throughout the Saturday conference.
Maximum poster size is 4 feet wide (122 cm) by 3 feet tall (91 cm). Push-pins will be provided for attaching posters to display boards.
Tables for Displays/Booths are of the following size: 2.5 feet wide (76 cm) by 6 feet long (183 cm).
