You can move in between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm ON DESIGNATED MOVE-IN DAYS.
If you plan to move in AFTER the designated date, please Contact Housing Services
Please go to your move-in location at the time and date you chose on your Calendly link.
- University Hall residents move in at the Housing Services Office in (C420 - University Hall).
- Kainai House Residents move in at Kainai House Apartments
- Piikani House Residents move in at Piikani House Apartments
- Mt. Blakiston House residents move in at Mt. Blakiston House.
- Aperture Park Townhomes (Siksika House, Tsuu T'ina House, & The Village) residents move in at Piikani House.
You will be emailed a "Unit Inspection Form". You must complete it within 48 hours of moving in.
You can pick up your room key when you arrive on campus by going to your designated move-in location.
Outside of office hours, please contact RAD
There is short-term parking near each Housing facility to be used while unloading.
University Hall residents can park in the breezeway to unpack. You can access the breezeway by using the ramp located just outside the Housing Services Office entrance.
Once you have unloaded, you'll need to park in the long-term parking areas.
Fellow students & residence assistants will help direct you.
Meet your Residence Assistant (RA), who will live right in your section of residence. Your RA can answer any questions you may have about your new home.
If you have NOT participated in our textbook reservation program via the Online Check-In System for Single Students, you will want to buy your textbooks at the University Bookstore.
Room changes are not permitted during the first two or last four weeks of the term. Following the first two weeks of a term, you may request a room change, though we will encourage you to work through any potential roommate conflicts with your RAs prior to approving any room change requests.
Note: There is a $50 processing fee.
Summer Move-In
Welcome to your home for the summer!
Check-In Location during Business Hours ONLY: Housing Services Office in C420 - University Hall. After-hours move-ins will have to make alternate accommodation arrangements or wait until the Housing Services office opens the following business day to move into residence. Housing Services office is closed on weekends.
If you currently live in Residence and are changing rooms for the Summer Session, you will be notified via email when your new room is ready. Once you have been notified, you will have 24 hours to complete your move.
We will confirm via email, so please monitor your emails closely throughout this time.
How to find us:
Take the main entrance into the University grounds (at University Drive and Columbia Blvd.), then continue east, turning right on Coulee Trail. This will take you to the center of the University Hall building (use the 'Housing Services University Residence' entrance). View the campus map here.
Please note:
Student ID or government-issued photo ID is required to pick up your residence access card
Housing Services is unable to accommodate early move-ins
Roommate information will not be available prior to move-in day

You will be sent the Single Student Housing License Agreement, the ORS, and General Activity Waivers via DocuSign at the end of April. You must have them signed before you pick up your summer access card

Please contact the Cash Office at cashoffice@uleth.ca for confirmation of online bank payment. Please allow 48 hours for an online payment to reach the University.

Summer Resident Parking Permits can only be purchased by contacting Campus Mobility Services. They are located in Turcotte Hall - TH101.
