uLethbridge Parking Permits| FAQ
GENERAL STUDENTS:
As of September 2025, General Student parking permits are managed through the "Student Waitlist."
To join the Student Waitlist, visit https://parking.uleth.ca/
First, log in, then navigate to 'Order Permits' and select 'Join Waitlist' for the Student Waitlist.
You will be notified via your Uleth email when a permit (E, F, or N) becomes available.
HOUSING STUDENTS:
As of September 2025, all Housing students are required to email parking@uleth.ca for permit options, do not add your name to the General Student Waitlist.
EMPLOYEES:
Permit Holders will be emailed Auto-renewal notification by the end of May 2025.
New employees should contact parking@uleth.ca to explore permit options and complete their payroll deduction form.
Your license plate is your permit, no physical permit is required to be picked up.
STAFF:
Staff members in need of purchasing a parking permit are to email parking@uleth.ca for permit options.
Faculty, staff and Students may purchase a general parking permit in any available permit parking lot on campus, except those areas reserved for resident students.
