You’ve been doing your best to balance the workload in your program with other priorities in your life. Sometimes that can be challenging. Research shows that some of the most helpful things you can do to improve and protect your own mental health include taking a break from the stress of studying, getting some exercise, hanging out with friends for fun, eating a healthy snack, and helping others. Try scheduling these activities multiple times a week, between studying for exams or doing your research, to build your capacity to thrive during the school term.
