Office of Postdoctoral Affairs
The Office of Postdoctoral Affairs (PDA) is responsible for coordinating postdoctoral affairs on campus.

University of Lethbridge Postdoctoral Fellows Association (ULPA)
The ULPA represents postdoctoral fellows (PDFs) on the University of Lethbridge campus. Working closely with the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs, the executive council meets monthly, allowing members to discuss concerns and brainstorm ideas to create positive changes and outcomes.
Membership to ULPA is automatic for all current postdocs on campus. The association is able to put new postdocs in touch with members of the research community across all departments, representing a powerful network for sharing knowledge, creating connections, and raising your profile.
THRIVE Professional Development Program
The THRIVE Professional Skills Program for Graduate Students and Postdoctoral Fellows is an initiative by the University of Lethbridge to provide professional development opportunities to support career success. THRIVE offers opportunities in three main skill sets – teaching, research, and professional and career development.
Teaching Centre
The Teaching Centre offers workshops for postdoctoral fellows on topics such as lesson planning, assessment of student learning, learning styles, classroom management, questioning strategies, professional relations with students and self-assessment.

Security services provides a Safe Walk program and a Working Alone program to enhance the personal safety of everyone working in the evening or outside normal working hours.
