Counselling Services
About us!
Counselling Services offers confidential support to registered students. Counselling is a collaborative process that provides an opportunity to explore personal concerns with a trained professional, develop insight, and build strategies to support your mental health and wellbeing.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, stuck, or simply looking for support, you are not alone. It takes tremendous courage to seek support and explore personal challenges. Doing so demonstrates initiative, strength, and personal responsibility, all of which are important to personal growth and success in life.
Our team includes Canadian Certified Counsellors, Registered Social Workers with BSW, MSW, and RCSW credentials, Registered Psychologists, and counselling interns completing supervised clinical practicums. We’re passionate about supporting post-secondary students in achieving their goals and maintaining their wellbeing.
