Wellness Together Canada is designed to be used on demand: you get to choose what you need, when you need it. Their services range from basic wellness information, to one-on-one sessions with a counsellor, to participating in a community of support. Whatever it is you’re looking for, they are there to point you towards the best resources out there.

- Access to awesome self-guided programs and psycho-educational resources like TAO (Therapy Assist Online) that includes interactive education and support for Anxiety, Depression, Grief + Loss, Disordered Eating, Mindfulness habits, sleep challenges, and so much more!

Student Wellness Ambassadors Program (S.W.A.P.)

The U of L Student Wellness Ambassadors are trained peer listeners who are responsible for planning and hosting regular outreach events for students throughout the academic year. The aim of SWAP is to promote student connection and wellness so that that students can flourish!
