Shajib Darain is a Partner in PwC Canada’s Risk Services practice, based in Calgary. With over 15 years of experience, he helps organizations strengthen governance, risk management, and financial assurance. Shajib is a recognized leader in Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and emerging sustainability reporting frameworks, regularly advising boards and senior executives on transparency and performance.
A proud graduate of the University of Lethbridge, Shajib is deeply committed to community engagement. He organizes PwC’s Calgary United Way client and alumni events, mentors young professionals, and volunteers with local organizations including the Calgary Drop-In Centre and YMCA camps.
