Teach a research methodology class.

My perfect day looks like:

Arise at 5 am, have a one hour workout, spend half-hour reading scripture then start my day in earnest and be in bed at 10 p.m.

"Seven Habits of Highly Effective People" by Stephen R. Covey, Jim Collins, et al. -- it has great concepts for continuous improvement in ones life.
