Darcy Gonci

Darcy Gonci is a Chartered Professional Accountant and native of Calgary, having graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor of Science Co-op degree in Biochemistry in 1996, and a Bachelor of Management degree in Finance in 1999. Darcy earned a Master of Professional Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan in 2003 and obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in 2004.

Darcy has held various finance leadership positions in the energy sector in Calgary and is presently Financial Controller for a reservoir engineering and evaluation firm. Prior to this time in the energy sector Darcy spent 8 years with a big 4 accounting firm as part of the assurance and financial advisory practices.

In his spare time, he has volunteered in many capacities for different organizations such as Junior Achievement of Southern Alberta, the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta, Treasurer for the Parkdale Community Association and various volunteer roles within the NW Warriors Hockey Association and the Girls Hockey Calgary Association.
