Curriculum Detail Fee

Administrative Processing Fee for Providing Curriculum Detail Information (e.g. Out of Country/Province Assessment, CAP Registration, HCA Substantial Equivalence Assessment, etc.)

Students and graduates are required to pay a $180 fee to request a detailed program curriculum report to be sent to third parties (see 7.c. Optional Service Fees in the Calendar). This $180 fee must be paid for each request. It may take 4-6 weeks for your request to be completed.

The $180 fee must be paid to the University of Lethbridge Cash Office.

Steps

1. Pay $180 to the University of Lethbridge through online banking:

  • Log on to your bank's online system
  • Add the "University of Lethbridge" as a payee on your bill payment profile (name may vary from bank to bank)
  • The account number is your nine-digit University of Lethbridge Student ID number

2. Take a screenshot of your online payment transaction (or print to/save as PDF)

3. In an email, send the following information to frontoffice.hlsc@uleth.ca:

  • Your full name
  • Your nine-digit University of Lethbridge ID number
  • A PDF/screenshot/photo of your online payment transaction
  • Details on what program/curriculum information is required and where the information needs to go (email address/fax number/mailing address)

Documentation will not be released to you or the third-party unless confirmation of receipt of payment is received from the Cash Office. It could take up to six weeks for your request to be completed.

Students/graduates who also require copies of University of Lethbridge transcripts or Lethbridge College transcripts must pay additional fees to the Registrar’s Office(s). Transcript requests must be taken care of separately, and are not part of the curriculum detail process outlined on this page.

The University is located on traditional Blackfoot Confederacy territory. We honour the Blackfoot people and their traditional ways of knowing in caring for this land, as well as all Aboriginal peoples who have helped shape and continue to strengthen our University community.
