Anne Dymond continually challenges her development as an instructor as she seeks to meet the changing needs of her students. She promotes a classroom environment that celebrates engagement, inclusivity and critical thinking with a goal of creating a community of learners.

She is dedicated to her craft, understanding that all students have both strengths and challenges and recognizing the need to be flexible and willing to adapt to facilitate learning. Her classes promote active learning through engaging dialogue and activities, while her extra-curricular programming allows her students to step into the community and practice as experts in their field.
