Wes Chapman
I am a project management and business transformation leader with over a decade of experience delivering complex initiatives across public-sector organizations. In my role as ERP Project Manager with Octave's Public Safety division, I lead large-scale technology implementation and transformation projects that support emergency communications, public safety, and first responder organizations. My professional expertise spans project management, digital transformation, stakeholder engagement, organizational change management, and enterprise program delivery.
Earlier in my career, I worked in business development, marketing, and sponsorships at the VisitLethbridge.com Arena, where I supported event programming, community partnerships, and revenue growth. These experiences, combined with a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge, have shaped a career grounded in leadership, strategic planning, and collaborative problem-solving.
I am also a proud Pronghorn, having competed for both the men's basketball and golf teams during my time at the University of Lethbridge. Those years left a lasting mark, instilling values of perseverance, teamwork, and a deep appreciation for the student experience. I carry that connection into my role as a Senate member, working to advance the University's strategic vision and strengthen its impact within the community and beyond.
