In order for a nomination to be considered complete, it must include the following:
- Signed nomination form;
- Nomination letter, which includes
- particular reasons for recognizing nominee - demonstrate how the nominee has volunteered to the University or in what way the nominee has advanced the profile of the University in the community
- background information on nominee - include areas of participation; specifically duties and responsibilities undertaken; chronological history of University and community involvement, and impact on the University and/or community at large; and
- Supporting letters from two (2) referees
