Marty Neumeier

Marty holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan and built a successful career as a professional accountant in the energy industry. Specializing in management information, planning and financial analysis, he held various management and analytical roles with Royal Dutch Shell, Nexen and EnCana during his career. Marty was fortunate to live and work overseas in both Yemen and India, experiences that broadened his global perspective and professional expertise.
Marty lives in Blairmore, Alberta with his wife and family where he remains deeply engaged in supporting local community and economic development. He is currently a Business Analyst with Community Futures Crowsnest Pass, where he supports entrepreneurs and small businesses through strategic coaching and developmental lending. Passionate about youth financial literacy, Marty delivers workshops through Junior Achievement and serves as a committee member for the Rotary Alberta Youth Entrepreneurship Camp. He also plays an active role in community development through leadership positions with KidSport Crowsnest Pass, the Pass Powderkeg Ski Society and the Revive the Roxy Theatre Project.
