BMgt to BBA Change Form

To change for Fall 2025, complete this form between May 20 - June 30. Please note that once you change from BMgt to BBA, you cannot change back.

Note:  Your calendar year (cal yr) is the academic year you were admitted (or readmitted) to the University of Lethbridge.  For example, if you were admitted to the U of L for Fall 2023 or Winter 2024, your calendar year is 2023/2024 (23/24). To change to the BBA, your calendar year will change to 2025/2026 (25/26).

Complete this form ONLY IF you are in a 40-course BMgt, Post-Diploma BMgt, or Dual Degree BMgt/LLB program in calendar years 2021/2022 - 2024/2025 and want to change to the 2025/2026 BBA with the same program, major and campus as your current BMgt program.

If you are in an older BMgt calendar year (before 2021/2022), a BMgt program not listed in the paragraph above, or if you want to change your program, major, or campus in addition to changing to the BBA, DO NOT FILL OUT THE FORM BELOW.  Meet with a Dhillon School of Business advisor at your campus.
