What?  This workshop series will offer 30 minutes of introductory mindfulness practices, including breath-work and theme-based meditations to offer students a space to both learn and integrate awareness, presence, and heartfulness in their daily life.

Why?  Mindfulness and breath-work practices offer a foundational way in which to strengthen awareness, ease stress, and live from the heart. Student life can be hectic and challenging, and mindfulness can support intentional ways of befriending and navigating these challenges.
