Who? This group is for anyone who wants to gain more skills for coping with test anxiety to enhance their performance anxiety. Presented by Counselling Services & Accommodated Learning Centre.
What? In this 4 session workshop series, students with be provided with tools and strategies to manage exam anxiety. Sessions include an introduction to exam anxiety, grounding exercises, normalizing anxiety, and strategic studying techniques. This workshop has proven effectiveness in helping students conquer their exam anxiety and succeed!
Why? If anxiety negatively impacts your academic performance, please consider attending. The sessions will provide you with knowledge, skills and tools that will benefit you, both during your university years and after you begin your career.
When? Starting September 29, this workshop will run weekly on Thursday @ 11am-12pm for 4 weeks.
Where? TBD- we are open to feedback if you prefer in-person or Zoom based workshops!
