DRIVEN. ADVENTUROUS. INNOVATIVE.

“Try and seize every opportunity that comes your way! Join clubs, volunteer, and get involved. You will meet so many different people just by participating and being involved. Also don’t be afraid to ask questions. We were all freshmen at one point or another and the community at the University of Lethbridge is so kind and willing to help.”

Favourite Class: Anthropology classes related to water

Favourite Social Activity: Clubs and sports events

Favourite Study Spot: In the beanbags on the 3rd level of the library

What makes my uLethbridge experience unique?

  • I was part of the Global Citizenship Cohort in my first year

  • I helped organize and plan the first Earth Day Symposium in 2018 (cohort related)

  • As part of the cohort, I was required to take some courses that I never would have taken otherwise—as a result, I found a passion in other unexpected disciplines such as anthropology and English

  • I am part of the Photography Club executive

  • I have completed 2 co-op work terms to date; both have been at the AAFC Research Station in Lethbridge

The University is located on traditional Blackfoot Confederacy territory. We honour the Blackfoot people and their traditional ways of knowing in caring for this land, as well as all Aboriginal peoples who have helped shape and continue to strengthen our University community.
