Employment Verification Letters

Employment Verification Letters can be requested by current and previous employees. A completed form is required in order to Human Resources to issue an Employment Verification Letter. Employment Verification Letters may be required for leases, mortgages, or other types of loans, as well as for immigration purposes.

A typical Letter includes the employee's name, position title, date of hire, type of contract, end date (if applicable), and salary/hourly pay. If the Letter you are requesting is for immigrations purposes or you require specific information outside what standard letters include, please be sure to make note of these items when completing the request form. Please allow for 24 to 48 hours for an Employment Verification Letter to be completed.

To submit an Employment Verification Letter Request, please use the link below to access the webform.
