Your Guide to the Bridge

The Bridge (Web Information System) is a secure way for you to view and manage your own personal information, access information related to your employment at ULethbridge, submit timesheets, and more. Below is a breakdown of the various menus located in the Bridge and the services available through this portal.

Access the Bridge



Personal Information Menu

The Personal Information menu allows you to view and update your addresses, phone number, and emergency contact information. This is also where you can enter a personal email account so that the University is able to contact you following a departure from ULethbridge.  


Employee Menu

This menu includes an array of options and information connected to your employment at the University of Lethbridge. These include:

  • Time Sheet / Exception Reports: This is where hourly employees fill out their time sheets and where salaried employees are able to complete exception reports. For more information on completing and submitting Time Sheets and Exception Reports, please visit the HR Payroll Services Homepage.
  • Pay Information: This menu allows you to view your pay stubs, as well as your overall earning history and history of any deductions.  
  • Benefits and Deductions: This menu allows you to view your dependents and beneficiaries linked to your pension and benefits programs and a summary of your benefits coverage and allocations. This is also the menu where you are able to make allocations to your Flexible Spending Account. As part of your benefits enrollment, you will be provided instructions via email on how to make this allocation. You will then be prompted via email to make any changes to this allocation at the start of every subsequent calendar year that you are an employ. For more information on employee benefits, please visit the HR Pension & Benefits Services Homepage. 
  • Tax Forms: This menu allows you to change your TD1 information and  view/print your T4 and T4A forms.
  • Time Off Current Balances and History: This menu provides an up-to-date report of your current Time Off Balances (including vacation time, sick days, etc.) as well as any history of used time off.
  • Supporting Our Students Payroll Deduction: This menu allows you to opt-in or make changes to an automated payroll deduction pledge that is set up to support the Supporting Our Students Campaign. 


Finance Menu

This menu allows you to access the Personal Reimbursements and Travel Book systems.

  • Access the Expense Claim system: From this menu, you are able to access the Online Expense Claim system (hosted by Chrome River) where you can submit expenses for reimbursement.  More information on expense claim procedures, training materials, etc can be found on the Personal Reimbursement page.
  • Travel Booking: This menu will all you to book air travel, hotel reservations, and car rentals through Concur Solutions for any work-related travel.
