We provide individualized accommodations tailored to the specific impact your disability has on your learning


Accommodations may include:

 

Exam Accommodations

  • 1.5x or 2x extended time
  • Private or distraction-controlled rooms
  • Word processor access
  • Assistive technologies
  • Calculator use

Classroom Accommodations

Supports may include:

  • Preferential seating
  • Use of a laptop or FM system
  • Note taker (limited availability)
  • Educational assistant
  • Permission to record lectures (with consent)

Out-of-Class Accommodations

  • Academic strategist or tutor
  • Alternate format textbooks
  • Learning disability (LD) software
  • Speech-to-text and screen reader tools

Placement Specific Accommodations 

 

All accommodations are determined based on documented needs and may differ from those provided to other students. For funded supports, a strong rationale is required.
