Academic Advising:
Academic Advisors in each Faculty/School are available to assist students with program planning. Advisors are available at workshops, and for walk-in and scheduled appointments. Students can ask an Advisor about academic regulations, course selection and program planning. Students must consult with an Advisor to register in courses excluded from web registration or to change their program of study or their Calendar year. Calgary Campus:
Located in downtown Calgary, the University of Lethbridge Calgary Campus is located just steps away from the City Hall C-Train station. The Calgary campus offers evening and weekend classes in several programs for students needing flexibility to pursue their studies while working full time.

The Applied Studies program allows students to earn course credit for learning gained through paid or volunteer employment related to their field of study. Co-operative Education combines real-world work experience with academic studies. The program works to create a partnership between students, the University, and the employer, and to offer students an extended learning environment, and the ability to network with employers.

This is a free confidential service for those students who self-identify as First Nations, Métis, or Inuit. For students writing Moodle exams the exams are written in the Testing Centre. Students should be sure to understand the procedures and operating hours when taking exams with the Testing Centre.
