Nursing

Undergraduate Programs
The University of Lethbridge offers a 4-year Bachelor of Nursing and a 2-year Bachelor of Nursing After Degree program in collaboration with Lethbridge Polytechnic.

Our graduates are prepared to be caring holistic professionals who base their nursing practice on theoretical knowledge, evidence, and standards for nursing practice. Students study theory and experience clinical practice in the areas of medical and surgery, long-term care and continuing care, paediatrics, maternity and child, labour and delivery, mental health, rural acute and community health.

Our Simulation Health Centre is available to support student learning and ongoing clinical practice development for nursing students. Read more

We also offer graduate programs in Nursing for nurses and researchers who want to become leaders in nursing practice, education and research.
