If you require assistance with medical needs and are unable to connect with a family doctor, the University of Lethbridge Health Centre is open. All visits will be by appointment.

Staying well: Managing exam anxiety, prioritizing and organizing your school work, and adaptive thinking are just some of the topics featured in the ongoing wellness workshops. The group counselling sessions feature topics such as OCD therapy, a book club, and finding emotional balance. We are scheduling more unique offerings to occur over the coming weeks. Please register if you plan to attend. One-to-one personal counselling is also available.
