How to Enter

You must be signed into your University of Lethbridge account to submit through the form.
In-person drop-off for hand-drawn submissions: Innovation Zone (ask for Sofia) Monday - Friday, 10:30 am - 4:30 pm
The Idea
We're looking for designs that feel:
creative
bold or funny
visually clean
You’re welcome to reference Agility, the Innovation Zone, or makerspace culture—but it’s not required.
Design Guidelines
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
Original work only (no copyrighted characters or logos)
Suitable for a broad campus audience
Clear and readable at small sizes
Not overly detailed
Brand assets (optional)
You're welcome to use the Agility logo in your design if you'd like.
You may recolor the logo to fit your design, just make sure it remains clear and recognizable.

PNG, JPG, PDF
High resolution (300 DPI recommended)
Sticker format
Around 3 x 4 inches
Simple shapes work best
✏️ Prefer drawing by hand?
You can absolutely submit hand-drawn designs.
Upload a clear photo of your design in the submission form
OR drop off a physical copy at the Innovation Zone
If a hand-drawn design is selected, we’ll work with you to digitize it for printing.
Rules
Max 3 entries per person
Open to all University students, staff, & faculty
Submissions must be original
By submitting, you agree your design may be used and reproduced by Agility if selected
Competition timeline may be adjusted to ensure a strong pool of submissions
🤖 AI Use
AI tools are allowed, but must be disclosed in your submission.
