I love seeing ideas take shape and the creativity that comes from experimenting. What inspires me most are those moments when someone stops and asks, “why is this not working?” because that’s where real learning happens. The challenge, the persistence, and finally the breakthrough creates the best feeling in the world. My role is to help students reach and move past that moment, and to foster an environment where curiosity is encouraged, mistakes are part of the process, and everyone feels excited to discover what they can do.
